According to tips-MrHealth, a lot of people who want to lose weight by exercising regularly weight. Although it is not considered wrong, but recent studies have concluded that exercise will have more impact on weight reduction in a shorter duration.

Researchers from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, gathered a group of adult men with a lifestyle that is not much of a move. The participants were aged 20-30 years and did not have the condition of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease.
